Delivery Rates

Standard: $5 for 2-5 business days delivery.

Express: $10 for 1-2 business days delivery.

Free delivery for purchases over $60 and only valid for Standard Delivery.

When will my order arrive?

We will notify you by email once your order is ready for shipping. You can expect to receive your order in about 5 days after receiving your tracking number.

Can I change the delivery address for my order?

Should you wish to change your delivery address after an order has been placed, please reach out to us immediately via our live chat, or call our Customer Support hotline at +65 3158 3942 as soon as possible from the point that you placed the order.

If your order is still within the warehouse, we will try our best to assist you in the matter.

However, in the event that your order has already been dispatched for delivery, we then unfortunately be unable to aid you in the matter. 

What is a pre-order? And how long will it take to ship out my pre-order?

A pre-order is an order you can make for an item before it is in stock and available for delivery. Updated information regarding your order and delivery status will be emailed to you. We begin processing pre-orders the day we receive the items in our warehouse and we dispatch your items as soon as possible!

Order exchanges, returns, cancellations & refunds

Damaged/Defective/Faulty item(s)

The item(s) I received is damaged/defective/faulty.

You will have up to 7 days from the date that you received your purchase to contact our customer support to highlight any issue(s) to us together with strong photo and/or video evidence that clearly shows the representing issue(s). Please allow us up to 3 business days for us to process your request before getting back to you.

Once your issue(s) has been checked and approved, we would then arrange for an item swap with an item(s) that is not faulty/defective. No additional charges for delivery will apply. Please ensure that the returning item(s) will return in the exact same condition and packing that it was delivered in, with any tags intact if applicable.  

Incorrect item(s)

I received the wrong item(s). 

You will have up to 7 days from the date that you received your purchase to contact our customer support to highlight any issue(s) to us together with strong photo and/or video evidence that clearly shows the representing issue(s). We will do our best to get back to you within 2 business days.

Once your issue(s) has been checked and approved, we would then arrange for an item swap with the correct item(s) you had originally purchased, on condition that the incorrect item(s) remain(s) unused, and in the exact same condition and packaging that it was delivered in, with any tags intact if applicable. No additional charges for delivery will apply.

Missing item(s)

I did not receive (part of) my purchase.

You will have up to 7 days from the date that you received your purchase to contact our customer support to highlight any issue(s) to us together with strong photo and/or video evidence that clearly shows the representing issue(s). Please allow us up to 3 business days for us to process your request before getting back to you.

Once your issue(s) has been checked and approved, we would then arrange to deliver the item(s) you had purchased but not received. No additional charges for delivery will apply.

Change of mind

I change my mind and no longer want to follow through with my purchase.

We highly recommend checking and being very sure of your order before you complete your purchase and checkout, as we are not in the habit of accepting change-of-mind situations.

However, having said that, we are still willing to hear you out, and proceed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

I would like a refund.

Unless otherwise stated, all purchases are final, irreversible and non-refundable.

Subscribe and Save

Service Terms

  1. Subscription Frequency: Customers can choose the frequency at which they receive their "Subscribe and Save" orders, such as weekly, biweekly, monthly, or quarterly.
  2. Subscription Term: The customer's subscription term will begin on the date that they sign up and will continue for the duration of the subscription term selected by the customer. This term will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase.
  3. Automatic Renewal: Unless the customer cancels their subscription before the renewal date, their subscription will automatically renew for the same term and frequency as the original subscription.
  4. Payment: Payment for each subscription order will be charged to the customer's chosen payment method on the date that the order is processed.
  5. Order Changes: Customers can modify or cancel their subscription order up to 24 hours before the next scheduled shipment.
  6. Subscription Cancellation: Customers can cancel their subscription at any time by logging into their account on our website. Any cancellations made on/after the renewal date will take effect for the next subscription term.
  7. Skip Delivery: Customers can suspend their next scheduled shipment if they are unavailable or don’t need it for that day.
  8. Subscription Termination: We reserve the right to terminate a customer's subscription if we believe that the customer has violated our terms and conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise abused the subscription program.
